Grilled Fish Tacos

I was inspired to create a new recipe for Good Friday. For Catholics, its Lent Season. We are not eating meat on Fridays until Easter. Here’s a quick and easy recipe if you are craving some healthy-ish tacos. See my instagram post for the video.

Ingredients
For the fish:
* 1 pound cod, tilapia, halibut, or other white fish filets
* 2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder & cumin enough to coat the fish
* 1 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper
* Stir fry fish in a pan for 5-10 minutes, flip on the other side until brown
For the fish taco sauce:

* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 3 to 4 tablespoons lime juice (from 2 limes)
* 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional

Salsa:
* 1 cup chopped tomato, onions, garlic, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper
To assemble:
* 1/2 small head cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups)
* 6 @sietefoods tortilla
* 1 avocado, sliced
* 1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro
