Chickpea Sandwich

Chickpea Sandwich for the win. This is so perfect after my 30 min cardio HIIT workout. It definitely hits the spot and gave me lots of energy.

Ingredients

Chickpea:

1 can of chickpea

3 tbsp of peri peri aoli or mayo

2 tbsp of honey

2 tbsp of sunflower seed

pinch of sea salt and pepper

Add ons: Red onions, lettuce and tomato

Directions:
I blended 1 can of chickpea, 3 tbsp of peri peri aoli @simpletruth4u, 2 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp sunflower seed, a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Topped it off with red onions, lettuce and tomato. I used @daveskillerbread sprouted multi grain bread. 7594145728_IMG_55007596171024_IMG_5493
