Autumn inspired apple almond salad that’s easy to make. It’s tossed in a delicious tangy balsamic vinaigrette with @caoliveranch olive oil. #Letyourfoodshine . . To make your balsamic vinaigrette you’ll need: – 2 tablespoons honey – 1 tablespoon dijon mustard – 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt – 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepperfinely ground – 1 large garlic clove minced – 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar – 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil @caoliveranch . . . Directions: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Add the oil and whisk thoroughly to combine. Continue whisking until the dressing is fully emulsified. Store in a jar with a lid and refrigerate. This will have a total servings of 20 tbsp. Shake well before serving. . . . For the salad you’ll need: -3 cups of romaine lettuce -2 tbsp of almonds -1 tbsp of feta cheese -1 small Apple -1/4 cup of red onions
