Easy Low Carb Salad

3 strips of chicken, 1 medium broiled egg, 4 grape tomatoes (sliced in half) & 1/2 avocado

2 cups of romaine lettuce

Add grape tomatoes and sprinkle black pepper

add 1/2 medium avocado

add 2 tbsp of cheese, 1 medium egg, 3 strips of chicken and dressing

I love this salad its affordable and easy to make. Its so delicious that I have could eat this every week.

This is Keto friendly since its low carb & sugar free.

Ingredients:

2 cups of lettuce

1 boiled egg

3 strips of chicken (I used southwest flavor)

1/2 medium avocado

2 tbsp of cheese (you can also use blue cheese)

4 grape tomatoes cut in half

3 tbsp of Trader Joes Red Wine & Olive Oil Dressing (I chose this one since theres no carbs & no sugar)

Optional: add 1 strip of bacon
