Egg wraps

I’ve been eating this 6 times a week. The combination of eggs, bacon, spinach, feta cheese & tomato are so delicious. This keeps me full for hours, the healthy fats are helping me with my cravings. I’ve eaten this for breakfast, lunch and as a snack….And I’m so obsessed.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 slices of bacon

2 cups of spinach

1 tsp of feta cheese

1/2 cup of sliced grape tomatoes

 

Directions:

Heat up a skillet (I used my cast iron). Beat the egg.

Add the Bacon then once the bacon has produced the oil, add the egg then spinach. I’ve been using the bacon oil to cook my egg. If you haven’t tried that you should…its so good.

Slice the cooked egg into a plate and all ingredients. I added more spinach & fresh tomatoes on the side.

You can also add avocado if you’d like more healthy fats. Another option for the egg wrap  are chicken, veggies, salsa, hot sauce, salt & pepper combo. If you are on a low carb diet the egg is great a replacement for a tortilla.

I used all organic ingredients & bought bacon without any added hormones & nitrates. I’m working on having an organic lifestyle, I’m 70% in it. The food definitely tastes better but I wish eating organic was more affordable.
