Chickpea Sandwich for the win. This is so perfect after my 30 min cardio HIIT workout. It definitely hits the spot and gave me lots of energy.
Ingredients
Chickpea:
1 can of chickpea
3 tbsp of peri peri aoli or mayo
2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of sunflower seed
pinch of sea salt and pepper
Add ons: Red onions, lettuce and tomato
Directions:
I blended 1 can of chickpea, 3 tbsp of peri peri aoli @simpletruth4u, 2 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp sunflower seed, a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Topped it off with red onions, lettuce and tomato. I used @daveskillerbread sprouted multi grain bread.
